We offer flat fee hourly rates for one time, ad hoc support or reduced hourly rates for long term engagements or monthly contracts.
For one-time, ad hoc support, we accept cash, Visa or Interact payments. For monthly contracts, we provide invoices with a net 30-day payment term.
Our regular business hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
For a monthly fee, we provide 24/7 support for urgent issues, such as system downtime, security breaches, and more, with a guaranteed 4-hour response time.
To minimize downtime, we offer the option to stock your specific hardware or parts — such as servers, workstations, firewalls, hard drives, etc. —pre-configured and ready for quick replacement in the event of hardware failures. This service is available for a monthly fee.
